Went cookbook shopping this weekend and came home with a gorgeous mediterranean book. I was excited by this book..the recipes seemed simple and were just my kind of food. The first pick was a Sicilian cake and gosh..it looked tempting! Was an easy first pick. Was using Ricotta in a cake for the first time so was excited and nervous at the same time.
